3. License

GIS grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform under these Terms. Licensing is device-based at $9.99 per active device per month.

4. Fees

Fees are billed according to the selected subscription plan and are not contingent upon number of incidents, matches, correlation volume, or investigative outcomes. Failure to pay may result in suspension.

5. GDN Participation

GDN participation may be enabled by an authorized administrator within the admin portal. Participation allows cross-sector identity correlation, does not share raw incident reports, and does not confirm legal identity. GIS reserves the right to modify network governance rules to preserve system integrity.

6. Organizational Responsibility

The organization retains responsibility for lawful data collection, biometric compliance, investigative decisions, and use of correlation outputs. GIS does not supervise guard operations.

7. No Warranty

The platform is provided “as is.” GIS makes no guarantee regarding identity certainty, accuracy of similarity indicators, crime prevention, or investigative outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GIS shall not be liable for operational decisions, investigative outcomes, misuse of similarity indicators, or indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding twelve months.

9. Indemnification

The subscribing organization agrees to indemnify GIS for claims arising from unlawful biometric collection, misuse of identity data, and non-compliance with applicable laws.

10. Termination

GIS may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or misuse of identity-correlation features.

11. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of [Insert State].

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement.
